Our students
Youth 7-13 years
Our youth are taught a similar syllabus from adults as they are continuing to grow and their bone structure is more fragile than that of adults. The focus at this age is self defence against bullying or abuse situations.
Adults
14 years +
The focus is on practical scenarios (based on real life situations) to allow students to experience and evaluate skills they have learnt. They are also provided with an understanding of the law in relation to self defence e.g. assault, reasonable force and excess force. Age is no barrier as our eldest student is in his seventies.
Uniform
Beginners - loose casual clothing.
Affiliated students - school t-shirt and black martial arts pants to train and full dobok for grade testing and seminars.
Hair past the shoulders to be tied back whether you're a male or female for safety reasons.

Training times
Monday 6:00 to 6:45pm - Youth class
Monday 6:45 to 8:00pm - Adult class
Cost
$60 - Annual Membership Fee (renewed at the same rate annually on the 'anniversary' of joining)
$20 - Monthly subs
